My job relocated me Atlanta, GA in March 2010. Chris took over my property as a rental in June of 2010. He has been the best property manager!!! He kept me abreast of everything that was going on with my property and took care of any repairs that came up. He always responded back to me in a very prompt manner. I was very impressed with his selection process of finding the right tennant. He is very thorough on his applications and that relieved me of a lot of worry as to who would be living in my home. After two years, I was able to get a transfer back to Irmo and move back in my home once their lease was up. I told Chris I would gladly use his services again if needed and would highly reccommend him to my friends and co-workers. He came highly reccommended to me by my neice who had rented one his properties before. I love his enthusiasm for his company and willingness to be of service in any way he can. Way to go Chris!!

It was scary to be a first time homebuyer,but you really made the experience pleasurable. You definitely made the experience easier and fun. Chris Turner at Turner Properties has successfully assisted me in finding renters for my vacant properties in recent months. Not only are his people skills impeccable but he had an amazing ability to create massive amounts of traffic for my properties. This volume of interested applicants resulted in me finding quality tenants quickly that to this day are a dream to work with. Each property had weekly if not daily viewings. His screening process is rigorous and thorough and he has a knack for sniffing out poor applicants.
